In order to offer you better value for your Prom Photography we have introduced a pre-payment system for your photographs. This will offer a large discount on the normal price of £12.00 for a 9″x6″ photograph in a mount – 2012 Prom prices are 1 9″ x 6″ print for £8, 2 9″ x 6″ prints for £15 and 3 9″ x 6″ prints for £20. The same deal will be available on the night for cash payments.
Vouchers will be issued at the Prom venue to those that have pre-paid.
We also have a larger 12″x8″ print available on-site for £12.00 instead of our normal £16.00
Photographs will be available from the Prom Photography Gallery shortly after the Prom but the level of discount and deals offered here will not be available after the Prom and all images will incur postage costs.
Conditions
This service will close 3 days before the Prom to allow us to arrange the photograph tokens.
We will normally have a member of staff available at the Prom venue for 1 hour before the Prom starts who can take credit card (radio signal permitting) and cash payments for vouchers.
DorsetPhotoEvent can not guarantee a particular pose or set of poses. It is the responsibility of Prom attendees to ensure that appropriate images are taken.
A full refund will be made for anybody not able to attend the Prom, for whatever reason. Partial refunds for unused vouchers will be based upon the value of the vouchers used.
Vouchers redeemed for images post event may be subject to surcharges and postal charges so that the total cost would be equivalent to Internet pricing.
Vouchers will not be exchangeable for anything other than Photographic Products at the venue.
