Many of these locations were covered by members of the Event Photographer Society along with a number of other photographers keen to be part of the efforts to raise money for Sport Relief. The photographers are happy to cover a wide range of events.
For ourselves it was not just the athletes but the great variety of people from those in wheel chairs, on crutches, from those just old enough to walk to those that have the earnt the right to a more relaxed way of life. 4 people completed the mile not by running but by performing burpees, I remember when the PTIs made us do 10 or 20 but a whole mile, what a fantastic effort.
